I did an introductory call with Bob, who walked through my entire issue with me over the phone in great detail. He was easily the best attorney I've spoken to about this matter, and though he highlighted that I likely wouldn't need his services (other attorneys had proposed large retainers on introduction), he recommended some trusted CPAs to handle my tax filings. If you are looking for tax help, I cannot recommend Bob highly enough.

Spoke with Robert over the phone for a consultation, he was personable, knowledgeable, and gave very helpful insight on my specific situation and international tax implications. Fortunately I'm not in a situation where I'll need to retain legal counsel on an ongoing basis, but if things ever change I'll keep him in mind!

We did a phone consultation with Bob about a complicated business situation involving a potential shareholder agreement for a foreign company. He very rapidly pointed out the key issues that we should be focusing on, weighing the pros and cons of different options. This gave us a concrete plan for how to move forward.
