Your lobby is entirely too cold, especially when my appointment was one hour late.
Waited 2 hours for this Dr, who apparently didn’t understand the assignment. Was referred by another Dr in the practice for second opinion related to MRIs. What I got was eight minutes of condescending talk about what backs look like over the age of 50 and if I just exercise I should manage ok. He talked to hear himself talk. I had to interrupt at one point and tell him I wasn’t there to seek out surgery. Total waste of my time!
Dr. Hurford is an Amazing Doctor. He explains everything to you and shows you what is going on. His staff are also great.

Quick compassionate Concern about your pain and feeling’s
I waited an hour to see Dr hurford. I have been upset because I tried to get him to see my side as a patient about the thorasic pain, that i have had since 2019. This was brought up to Vanceburg, and Dr. Moore since 2019. I felt like I was not heard. He had seen my recent 2024 SPEC scan which shows inflammation down the spine. He did acknowledge that.
