Something is going wrong with the front office gals. The one who answers the phones, does the books, and accepts the patients at the window (the front desk gal) just doesn't smile or laugh at all. She seems angry at the world, has never shown any sense of caring, and has seemed defensive when asked any clarifying questions about things. During my first visit, I thought to try and cheer her up or say something funny, or do something to contribute to lightening her mood. I recall that I did. Oh, by the way, when I suggested that perhaps had they called me to remind me of the appointment I was late for, that perhaps I would have done better. She said they did. That's when I knew I was dealing with an absolute liar. I could have shown her my cell phone log right then and there, but I didn't. Oh well.
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dermatologist's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!
Does this provider treat every client equally? Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients Was this provider's office easy to locate? No, I couldn't even find it with my GPS Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely Not! Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
