Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was this dermatologist friendly? Yes Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

Not satisfied, but not unhappy Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute

The office was very easy to locate. The staff was friendly. Dr. Jordan made sure every question I had was answered. I was very satisfied with my visit, and left feeling encouraged.

I have had biopsies done two years in a row here. BOTH times they did not call me back with the results! Each time after a few weeks went by and called to see if the results were in. I was told, "it takes time, don't call us we will call you." Trying to be polite and patient, I waited two months. Finally I went by and found out the results were in and was told, "Didn't the nurse call you?" I thought the first time was an honest mistake. Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem!
