Dr.Jamieson was a prayer answered. I have seen him since 2001 0r 2002. I am very concerned that my insurance with Aetna with Vanderbilt is not accepted anymore. For people with anxiety its worrisome.
I was a long time patient. Could not get an appointment when having a very hard time with my medication and panic and manic attacks. Begged Dr. J's assistant to work me in, but he was very rude and refused. I have since found a new Dr with an empathetic and kind staff.

Our practice truly values this feedback, and we are very sorry for the negative impression our practice left. Please contact our practice manager, Alex Russell at 615-327-7400 so that we may work to make the situation better. Thank you.
Very professional and friendly! Has empathy for his patients!Knows what medication I needed for different problems!Listening to my concerns about my problems!
My primary care physician referred me to Dr.Jamieson due to having severe panic attacks. His first and ONLY option was medication. I was prescribed 3 different opioids that I'm currently struggle to back off of with another psychiatrist. He is very persistent that every person struggling with some type of mental health should be on medication. Completely WRONG. I was misdiagnosed by him and it almost ruined my life. I am now under the care of a new psychiatrist whom is slowly taking me off meds.

Dr. Jamieson saved my life. I went to him in 2001 on the recommendation of a friend. I had been misdiagnosed and given the wrong medication by two other doctors and had progressively gotten worse. Dr. Jamieson patiently worked with me, correctly diagnosed me, and put me on the right combination of medications. He is patient, caring, intuitive and intelligent. I will never be able to thank him enough for all he has done to help me survive this disease.
Dr Jamison saw me once for 5 minutes. This practice is mostly maintained by nurse practitioners. Excessive drugs with no regard to quality of life. No response to concerns/questions about inability to eat, excessive weight loss, inability to wake up or focus. When I expressed my concerns I was dismissed from the practice.
I have found Dr. Jamieson to be professionally well-informed and engaging. His supporting staff is friendly and cutting-edge. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Very knowledgeable and interested in patient problems. Up to date with appropriate medications that are used to treat condition. Polite and very pleasant. Robin and Keen that are in the department are excellent in customer service and well informed about medications. They are very prompt in returning calls and e-mails. Response for calls is usually same day. Never had a bad experience there. Trust them to treat me. Referred my sister to this office and she is now a patient there.
