My children have seen Dr. Thomas three times for general check ups. Office is beautiful, staff condescending. Feels like a factory--in and out before you know what's happening. Dr. Thomas is on auto pilot and seems to be positively bored with his day job. The kicker for us was when they strongly discouraged us (i.e. shut waiting room door in our face) from following our THREE YEAR OLDS to the examining room. Please. And we're paying for this service? Well, not any more.
I was recommended to take my children to see Dr Thomas after they had a bad experience elsewhere. Dr Thomas and his staff were great. They were all very friendly, kind and gentle and fabulous with the children. He explained what he was doing and was very respectful. Both kids came away smiling and excited about brushing their teeth. We're definitely going back in six months time!
