We were moving to PA and needed the home inspection done with a short turn around as we needed to leave PA to return home. Robert called us right back and came the next day. He was thorough and even came back to the property after the 1st inspection due to issues with not having the water on. He is AMAZING and identified IMPORTANT issues with the home. We highly recommend him, he made the home purchase in a new state so much easier! Thank you!
I must say since I have used 3 different inspectors in Erie, PA during my house hunt that Rob Sanford was by far the best and most knowledgeable of them all. I was truly appreciative of the extend that he went to check EVERY room of the house methodically and test to make sure things were working correctly. I would say confidently that I recommend him for your home inspection!
