I have been a patient of Dr. Reichler for more than 20 years. His genuine interest in finding solutions and sincere desire to help his patients has helped me through the most difficult periods of my life. I would highly recommend him. Shannon is also very helpful and friendly.

I've been seeing Dr. Reichler for a number of years. He's thorough, attentive and genuinely cares for his patients. He is an expert in his field and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I'm frankly shocked at the handful of bad reviews on here, but chalk that up to people with mental health issues.

Dr Reichler probably was a good physician in the past, but he clearly doesn’t have his heart and his current practice. His office is disorganized, he doesn’t keep his appointments on time, and he really doesn’t do much as far as therapy besides talk about himself and prescribe drugs without really learning about his patients. I don't think i've ever had a worse experience with a DR. As anyone who takes multiple medications knows, when there's gaps, one can go into shock and require an ER visit. Shannon the receptionist, is awful. I can't tell you the number of hours i've spent on the phone with her trying to get my prescribed medication filled on time. She's incredibly rude. And Dr. R... well, he could honestly care less. He's in the office about 20 hours a week and won't return calls outside of business hours.

Service is very poor. It takes months for them to fulfill a promise they made to transfer records (still not fulfilled yet). The receptionist is disrespectful. Expect them to reply your phone call within reasonable time? A week or two is it. Expect them to reply your email? Never.

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Does this provider treat their staff well? Very!
