Went in for an eye exam was not in the room 5 min and was told ok now you can go look at glasses. I asked are you sure you did a correct exam never had one so fast and I have been in glass for 50 years. 2 weeks later went to pick them up and guess what I can’t see out of them. Went back was in the building before 430 and was told oh the dr stopped seeing people at 430. So now I have to take time off work again to get across town to get these glasses fixed. The staff was friendly. They really paid attention to my exam and answers. The doctor was very friendly and humorous. I've been coming to Dr. Zeollner's place for years. My only criticism would be to have a better inventory.
Dr. Zoellner eye associates is one of the best opticians I have been visiting for the last thirty years. Heaven, the manager, went far and beyond to help me with my prescriptions. I would highly recommend anyone to visit their memorial and 71st office and ask for Heaven.

I've been coming here since 2012 and the customer service has just steadily taken a nose dive. The front desk attendants always have looks on their faces like you are inconveniencing them by being there, they rush you through so fast there is no customer report. They had my daughters prescription so wrong it was insane when I ended up taking her somewhere else. I was making a 30 min drive to keep coming here and its just not worth it anymore.
