Went on a Wednesday late afternoon. Got in and out in no time and they found my vsp insurance automatically. $68 for contact lens full eye exam and 6 months worth of lenses.
Don’t come here order 24 pack of contacts lens only received 12 pack. The worker said she will order them 10 days later they still haven’t ordered them. Really bad customer experience. Then she charged us full price of the price for a 24 pack. Even though it was their fault. Avoid at all cost scam
Terrible experience. Do NOT go here, for safety glasses especially! Deceptive pricing, crazy wait times, incorrect usage of insurance, and disappointing selection of safety frames. Staffing was a mixed bag. Go to Eyemart for safety glasses instead. They took care of me in moments, had a far better selection of safety frames, were very affordable, and even threw in a free pair of frames and lenses.
Honestly, not a good 1st experience. Ordered glasses, took almost 10 days to come in. Had to lift glasses up to see the computer screen. Took glasses back, bi focal was measured wrong by tech, glasses sent back off to be corrected, another 10day wait.
Amazing service, everyone there was absolutely helpful and kind. From checking in, to walking back w the tests, to the doctor himself (Dr. Flusche), to helping w glasses. Not a single person there who wasn’t kind. THEN not only did they have me out of there w less than an hour, my glasses were ready with in 40 mins! Couldn’t recommend any more!!!
