This location scheduled me quickly last minute. I was impressed with that. I had my first eyeglasses exam today with Dr. Stuart Blystone. He was professional yet humerus with a positive attitude and kind spirit. The staff were informative, effective, and had all smiles! The visit was easy, hassle free, and I loved the whole experience. My glasses were ready same day within a hour. The service is phenomenal here. I highly recommend.
They love to tell you one thing on the phone and then something different once you get there and wait your turn. Twice now, Iv gotten terrible advice/info from the guy that’s answered my calls. Totally wastes my time every time I bother with them. I’ll try the Harvard location next time.
Went on a Wednesday late afternoon. Got in and out in no time and they found my vsp insurance automatically. $68 for contact lens full eye exam and 6 months worth of lenses.
Don’t come here order 24 pack of contacts lens only received 12 pack. The worker said she will order them 10 days later they still haven’t ordered them. Really bad customer experience. Then she charged us full price of the price for a 24 pack. Even though it was their fault. Avoid at all cost scam
Terrible experience. Do NOT go here, for safety glasses especially! Deceptive pricing, crazy wait times, incorrect usage of insurance, and disappointing selection of safety frames. Staffing was a mixed bag. Go to Eyemart for safety glasses instead. They took care of me in moments, had a far better selection of safety frames, were very affordable, and even threw in a free pair of frames and lenses.
