The docs are fine but the staff are SO SLOW and it's been this way for years. I went in to PICK UP my glasses - the office had been open over 30 min on a Friday - and all 4 glasses support staff were just SITTING while 3 patients - including myself - were waiting to be assisted. The addition of a third patient seemed to motivate them because they all started to scurry around after I checked in. I'm not sure why people who were picking up glasses were having to wait while the staff just sat and chatted. DO BETTER
I've been going here since childhood but realized I never left a review. A few times over the years with moving to different suburbs in the area I would try different eye doctors, but always found my way back here. Love everything about them! The one who took care of me there this last time was Caleb. Not sure if it's here we're supposed to leave a review for individuals. But he was great!
I was a walk-in. And was helped by miss Aveah, she was very kind and informative. Great place to go when the staff are genuinely wonderful. BOPLE
I had a Great experience at Dr. Robert H. Zoellner and Associates office thanks to Jess! She was friendly, professional, and made the whole eye exam and contact/glasses fitting quick and easy. She explained everything clearly and made sure everything fit perfectly and answered any questions I may have had. Highly recommend asking for Jess!
Got in with no appointment, very short wait time. Aveah was incredibly thorough and engaging. Super fun to work with. My doctor was pretty great, as well.
