The 2 drs I have always seen for contacts have been AMAZING! Easy to talk to and they have always been correct on what I need. They do not rush you thru the visit. They actually care and listen to what you say. I 110% recommend the 71st office. The entire staff is Amazing. I never do reviews but I feel like their drs and staff deserves a wonderful review. Thank you to the Drs and Staff at Dr Zoellners office 71st.
Very poor service only ordered half my contacts. When asked if they could mail the rest because it was their fault was told it would be a 25 charge because it was their fault and they could not ship them to my house that is over 50 miles away and the price of gas over 4 dollars. Will never come back and will not send anyone one to them for the bad service
The staff here is amazing; Both friendly and willing to help in any way. Heaven and Trinity are exceptional at their job! I definitely recommend them if you’re searching for a good optometrist,wide selection of frames, and friendly staff willing and wanting to assist you.
Made an appointment online providing my insurance information. Arrived at the appointment to a very chaotic scene with several people everywhere. Checked in with the receptionist who incorrectly understood my insurance coverage and wasn't wiling to try to hear what I was saying to her. In fact, her immediate defensive volume and tone of voice left me embarrassed. I left the office, called my insurance and she was wrong.
