Extraordinary doctor. He's a fantastic listener and has terrific bedside manners. I came to Dr. Dudley about two years ago and he has been a remarkable doctor. Took charge getting a colonoscopy lined up and other necessary tests to prevent illness. I think he's an exceptional doctor and equally important, a good human being!
I've been a patient of Dr Dudley for 10+ years. Though in the past, the staff at front desk was kind of regimented, there are new people there the last year or so; so far I've found them all really nice I find him very thorough, he takes the time, interacts and and explains things well. if I have something like a sinus infection, he has 2 nurse practitioners if i need to get in right away Wait time is usually pretty good 5-15 minutes. Sometimes I think he gets backed up end o day
The worst customer service imaginable. The girls that work the front desk are the rudest I have ever encountered. One even proceeded to yell at me in front of my children. Not to mention for a standard WELL check you are guaranteed to wait an hour plus! Stay away! Horrible.
excellent physician. Takes time with all of his patients. You do not feel like you are being rushed through. Staff in office are very personable and friendly. Great environment for patients.I have recommended him to others and they have nothing but positive things to say about him and his staff.
