Hands down the best realty group in the West Georgia area. I have worked with many real estate agents and none of them come close to matching Robert Goolsby's knowledge, honesty and his ability to reduce your stress, and successfully guide you to closing. Robert and Rosanne make an unbeatable team. I recently closed on a home with Robert and plan to use him to sell my old home when I get it ready to show.
We are ever appreciative of Robert & Rosanne and the realty group team. From the get go they were dedicated, friendly, honest, and there was always an ease of communication when asking and answering our questions. Robert and the team demonstrated a strong desire to help their client(s) meet their end goal(s) with integrity. The owner is not reputable. I used him as a buyers agent, looked at two houses, and he dropped me as a client. I could not understand why. The average person looks at 8-10 houses before buying. I gave him a previous bad review here, and it is now gone. I guess he paid to have it removed. Strange that he only has 5-star reviews, isn't it? And I am not mistaking you for someone else as your last name is unique.

I needed to move very quickly. Robert and his team were able to connect me with a buyer and was able to help me through the process of getting my household very quickly. It was a wonderful experience. Robert is amazing. He followed up. He checked on me. I had already moved to a different state. Everything was being done remotely. His leadership and knowledge was invaluable
