The owners and staff are very concerned with the needs of their clients. They listen, advise and aim to please. The Gold staff frequently go to seminars or have people come to the salon so as to stay current and informed regarding better methods to style and color hair. Since it is a full service salon you can be pampered from head to toe. I always get compliments about my stylish hair and because the cut is so good I can even maintain my hair between cuts.
I love the place! Beautiful environment and friendly staff! They want to make you look gorgeous and feel beautiful! I get compliments from people all the time on the way my hair looks. I am always looking forward to my appointments with Melissa and Jinnie! One of the best Salon & Spa's in the North Shore!!! Highly recommend!

Ann and Bob have the warmest, and most professional salon in Chicago. I am a customer who travels from the city to have Jinnie cut, color or keratin my hair. Love coming to this salon!

Karolina is a hair genius! I have difficult hair - coarse, wavy and thick yet Karolina nails it very time. I didn't think I would ever find someone in the 'burbs so good but thankfully, I did. No more driving downtown for me. As an added benefit she has a great sense of humor and is generally a pleasure to spend time with. AAA experience all around.
