I have been a patient of Dr. Freid's for 17+ years. Throughout that time he has provided exceptional medical diagnosis and treatment. Never once has he misdiagnosed an illness or condition, or failed to prescribe the most effective medicines or procedure to treat same. He never rushes through a physicians' visit and always fully explains the diagnosis or procedure. As usual, Dr. Fried was awesome. I have so much confidence in him, and he always puts me at ease. He, along with everyone there, are always pleasant and helpful. I feel very lucky to have a doctor who I can depend on to be honest and caring.

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? They were average Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
