Friendly and helpful Staff. Dr. Fried diagnosed my problems and recommended a Therapist to work on the problem with my right shoulder and scheduled a return visit to remove the Sebaceous cyst. Dr. Fried is always very professional and utilizes his fast knowledge when making recommendations for my care.
Dr. Fried is always a good Listener! He always takes time to explain everything like new Medications and possibleside effects ect. His knowhow and experience are very valuable to me. I'm sad that he is leaving this practice soon. It will be hard to find a new Physician with his outstandingQualities.
My experience with my appointment with Dr. Fried was very thorough. He spent time going over my health concernsand answering all my questions. I am very pleased with Dr. Fried being my doctor.
Dr. Fried was compassionate, thorough and professional. He allowed adequate time to examine me, explained what treatment would be required and scheduled a follow-up visit.
As always the staff and Dr. Fried were very receptive and prompt with my visit. I received a pneumonia injection as I had not received it in the fall. This was a routine visit to check on diabetes. Next scheduled visit is May 2 for fasting blood work.
Dr. Fried is a great doctor and is always up to date on different types of treatments I may ask him about. He's great at explaining the pros and cons of certain medications and treatments and allows for patient input into the discussion. I feel quite comfortable that he is one of the best doctors around and I have great confidence in his abilities.
The office staff is very easy to work with - they are great. My doctor is Dr. Fried and he is excellent. He listens to you and does not rush you out the door. I normally have to wait for him but I know it's because he takes excellent care of all his patients so therefore, I am fine with the wait.
I've been tickled pink with Eagle Medicine at Oak Ridge. I've been treated with friendliness, kindness, humor, and respect consistently. No complaints at all. I'll miss everyone when I move to Raleigh this summer, but it's also time, according to my physician brother, to find myself a Board-certified internist because of my age.
Dr Fried is always showing he is concerned for you and will help you however he can. Always very patient and caring. The staff is very courteous and willing to help you..
