Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? No, my child couldn't stand them and we no longer see them Does this provider remember you by name? No, I always have to remind them Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? They seemed to know enough

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did the pediatrician ever make you feel like an inadequate parent? Not at all! They were very encouraging and supportive Did this pediatrician have toys, magazines or TV's in the waiting room? Yes Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs Did this provider use excessive foul language? Somewhat. It was a little excessive. Does this pediatrician emphasize preventative care, such as child safety and nutrition? No, they never mentioned anything about child safety or nutrition

Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times? Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature.
