Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments? No, they don't over-treat my child Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this pediatrician's office? Not really Do you think that the provider's staff are well trained? Somewhat If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away Does this pediatrician use current and safe equipment? Yes

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Yes, I had to wait a long time before someone was able to help me Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Completely! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here

Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Was this pediatrician able to answer all your questions about immunizations? Kind of. They were able to answer a couple but not all Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times? Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider rush your appointment? Not too much, but somewhat Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease
