They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

We have been going to Dr. Bob for over 6 years. He is fabulous, as is his office staff. We have always been seen on the same day that we called and typically very quickly. He is great with my boys and always talks with us and answers any questions we might have. He is thorough and informative and we have recommended him to several of our friends. He is a fantastic pediatrician and we are lucky that our pediatrician pick turned out to be such a great one. :)

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Does this pediatrician emphasize preventative care, such as child safety and nutrition? Absolutely! They gave me plenty of information about child safety and nutrition Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes If you didn't want certain vaccines for your child, did the pediatrician respect your decision? Yes, they respected my decision If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
