Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did this optometrist seem knowledgeable about different types of contacts? Yes, I was impressed Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Their prices were fair. I felt rushed even though all test were performed I felt like I was a number. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable because of the hurried pace and the lack special attention to me needs.
