They always try to get me in as soon as possible Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

Yes, it was convenient Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Could you buy glasses at your optometrist's practice? Yes, I bought a beautiful new pair. Did this optometrist provide you with an accurate prescription? Absolutely, I can finally see well again! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so
