Very streamlined service, very clear, explanations, Information presented at my level, and a sense of what to expect and the timeline.
Because I was there about being CUT, the nurse I talked was pleasant and although I was alittle nervus, she and Dr. Olin both made me feel at ease.
Dr. Brooks has a wonderful bedside manner performed a shoulder replacement and I was amazed at how little pain I experienced. It's great to be out of pain!
