I initially loved this place when I first starting taking my children. However when you have your children as a patient there and you call to speak to a nurse to ask a dental related question. I just understand what the problem truly was and why is was so hard for the front desk to understand that. What's the point of having a family dentist if you can't reach out to simply as a question when you really need it. I really don't feel like having my children as a patient there is going to work out for me and my family at all.
