Wonderful as usual 😊😊😊
I chipped a tooth recently and Dr. Martin's office fit me in right away for an appointment. Dr. Martin filled the chip & fixed a chip off a filling on another tooth at the same time. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Martin for several years. We moved away from Napa to Oakland 8 years ago and have been driving back to Napa to continue to see him because we have so valued his care. Highly recommend him!
Dana has cleaned my teeth twice now and I am quite happy with her thoroughness and gentleness. She reviewed my medical history and took digital X-rays which was easy to have done. It was interesting seeing my mouth's xrays up on the computer screen. I've been a patient of Dr Martin's for 31 years!
I just moved to Napa and was looking for a new dentist. Dr Martin's office staff was wonderful from the moment I stepped in the door. I felt like I have been going there for years. The hygienist, Karen, made my cleaning experience the best I've ever had. Lisa and Heidi were so welcoming. Dr Martin has the most friendly office and staff I have ever encountered. Always a good cleaning
Upon arrival, the office staff was warm and welcoming (as always). Right on time, I was called into the exam room and get my cleaning going. I met Dana, for the first time, where she reviewed my file and informed me to what was to transpire today and also that Doctor Martin was off on vacation. She was a happy soul, very professional and eased any apprehension of being in a dental office.
Moving to a new town involves so many changes.... a dentist is one of the big things. After living here one year, I was very overdue for a visit. I was welcomed, made comfortable, my teeth cleaned carefully and the office contacted my former dentist 400 miles away to get records/information. I had a very good first visit and look forward to the next. -Peter
