Dr. McMullen has singlehandedly changed my life in a monumental way. When I went to him on my 49th birthday, June 4. 2014, I was so suicidally depressed many members of my treatment team were very afraid I wouldn't make it. My experience with Dr. McMullen for the past five years has been extraordinary. He is astute in his diagnosis and on top of the latest research. When I was experiencing a particularly intense episode, he took time over a weekend to give expert advice and for which I will ever be thankful. He is also a trend setter when it comes to exploring and developing new techniques for combating depression, esp his new TMS treatment and machines.
Dr. M is very knowledgable and results oriented. He carefully considers whatever information his patients, their families, & others provide.

I have had many awful experiences with other psychiatrists and I was convinced that this was going to be my experience forever. Most never listened to me and none were ever interested in getting to know me as a person rather than a diagnosis. But when I met Dr. McMullen I knew that I had - finally - found the right person. He and his staff are quite honestly a godsend. There is almost nothing they won't do for their patients.

I have been treated by Dr. McMullen for over 15 years and i have known him for 25 years. I consider him a brilliant doctor and am amazed by his knowledge. He listens and gives you the background and information on why he is recommending something. He treats the whole person — always with dignity and respect. He never tires of looking for answers.
