Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob. Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Would you recommend this family doctor to others? Yes Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money. Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule.
