Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around!

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Yes, they were well-stocked Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No

Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes.
