Worst customer service after making a purchase!! The salesman Joe especially treated us very poorly after the sale, it was as if well I already made the sale and now I don't give a crap about any issue or problem that you may need assistance with. We were told that we were "overreacting" when it came to getting our RV licensed and the fact that since THEY had it titled in the state of Arizona even though we are not residents of Arizona and made it very clear that we did not want it titled in Arizona, yet they did it anyways,... read more
We couldn't ask for better service and sales. Ryan was fantastic from the time we walked in the door. He walked us through everything answered all our questions. Steve prepared our Black Rock from top to bottom and gave us a detailed walk through and taught us everything about and how to use all features. It was total hands on demonstration not just verbal how to do/use. I recommend Robert Crist all the way. Don't let one bad review sway you. And for those who are buying for first time. Everything was good going through the process of buying a used motorhome from them. Drove 42 miles and broke down. Called repeatedly to get advice, nothing else, just a little moral support, sugestions.. ANYTHING!! NO RETURN CALLS!! so..
