We were so very impressed with the entire staff at Robert Crist. From our salesperson Guy Kasper, who came in to ensure that everything was in order the day of our delivery, the Sales Manager Bryan who worked with us on our final price, the Service Department staff, Norm and Michael Tyler, Daryl, and a sweet cashier who provided advice in the additional needs that we had, to Ryan Hawkins the Business Manager. We feel so disappointed! They did not do a complete PDI as promised. Joe said they would go through the coach from front to back and make sure everything was in working order before we took possession. We are new to RVing so we trusted him. Were we ever wrong!! And now they will never call you back! Never let Dennis in the service department near your RV!!
Just had my camper serviced at RC. Excellent job and very quick also. Planning on having more maintenance service performed there in the future. Kudos to Dale and George in the service department.�
