Robert Crist RV probably worst service I've experienced at any company not just RVs. Unprofessional and rude. Mechanic told me to cap a line and gave me the part causing the trailer to become damaged when confronted they denied even though the mechanic said he gave me the part. Tried putting it in as a warranty defrauding the warranty company for their mistake. We had been to some of the other RV dealers in Mesa AZ on that day. Basically they were not interested in showing us anything it was kind of a hot day, and I didn’t have much of a down payment. Actually was told right at the door by one they could not do anything. We thought that robert crist & company was different than the reputation RV companies have but they are no different. They clean up, charged up and covered up enough to make the sale. That’s where customer service ends. They do not back what they sell. (I even asked the GM, Rick if he stands behind their product and he couldn’t say yes) We purchased a motorhome 60 days ago!!Haven’t even taken it out. Our dealings with Robert Crist RV (RC) started on March 6th 2018 we had an appointment to get our Jacks and door handle fixed on our RV. My husband is a Disabled Combat Vet and I’m a Native American Tribal Elder. We received nothing but the run around since day 1, the service Team Mike & Dale are worthless. We recently bought a new coach from Robert Crist. Our transaction wasn't the easiest with us being in a different state, BUT Ashley, Joe and Ryan all worked with us and our situation and made the deal happen and Dennis who went through the walk through with us is a rock star. We would recommend them to our friends.
I know our deal wasn’t an easy one but we sure do appreciate all the patience. The service we received today when picking up our new DX3 was superior to any expectations we could’ve had!!
