My children were Dr Arab patients their whole lives, and that man is a saint. Once he retired and sold his practice things went off the rails. The office staff since has lost my kids charts three separate times and tried to tell us they weren't patients there. After multiple calls back and insisting, they realized their error, but there was never an apology. We ran out of medication that one of them had been on for years. Dr Finch always listens and is is very thorough. He took over for our family dr of over 30 years ( Dr. Arab) and he makes me feel just a comfortable and that I can trust him. Always a great visit.

Absolutely wasted my families time and when I asked him for help with my newborn son on our first visit EVER, told me to, "call the hospital". No dude, you're supposed to be my kids doctor. You don't get to just shrug stuff and tell me to go somewhere else. Then when I did call the hospital they were confused as to why he was of no help and couldn't understand how he was incapable of helping us. Don't know how he is with girls but I would not even bother bringing him a boy as he will have no clue how to treat them apparently... read more
