I was very disappointed by lack of responsiveness from the staff. I had a a procedure performed and I had to call multiple times to inquire about status of the results.
Dr Janda is a great physician however his office personnel, especially Kelly need to learn about customer service and human decency!!
Very kind and caring person. Excellent physician! If I could give him 1000 stars, I would. (He followed my parents w colonoscopies over several decades - just routine - although my mother did have a long, twisted colon and he took wonderful care of her.) Dr Janda represents what every physician should be - from his warm personality to his skill and expertise.
