His staff is inaccessible and unresponsive. The simple process of scheduling a procedure was difficult. I ended up canceling my appointment when I could not contact the staff. There are other doctors in my area who more focused on their patients.
Dr. Janda and staff members were fantastic! The team made my colonoscopy as easy and comfortable as it could be. Everyone involved (office staff, nurses, Dr. Janda) showed me that they care about the patient, they are very professional. Please make an appointment for your colonoscopy as it's a powerful tool against colon cancer.
Dr Janda has a very thoughtful bedside manner. He listens and explains the condition thoroughly. He has cared for me for 10+ years and I remain very satisfied with his ability to keep me healthy or to get me back to a better state of health.
Dr. Janda is undoubtedly the most professional, intelligent, considerate, and innately compassionate doctor I have been to. I highly recommend him to anyone with gastrointestinal issues for his knowledge, professionalism, as well as his good nature.
We met Dr Janda late evening in the ER. He was so helpful explaining our situation and exactly how it was going to be treated that night. We had a follow procedure done. Thankful for this great professional doctor. Wish we lived in the area as he’d be our doctor of choice.
