I recently had a colonoscopy and endoscopy done by Dr. Robert Janda. I feel safe in his hands and have had him as my doctor for many years. He is very kind, a good listener, and of course an excellent physician. He takes the time to answer my questions and offer his professional advice. I am very grateful to have him as my doctor.
When I did see him he took the time on a Saturday to see me , I don't think to many other doctors would have done that

Dr. Robert Janda, MD is sincerely one of the finest men I know. Finding a very very busy specialist, as Dr. Janda is, with such quality of professional and personal character is a real rarity. This man is as good as his profession has anywhere, and when you couple that together with my assessment of his character, I just wouldn’t look anywhere else. Period! Dr. Janda speaks calmly and clearly at our visits. He has offered more than once to have a phone conference which is so convenient.doreen
Dr Janda is caring but wasn’t able to offer a lot of new treatment options. Additionally, I think the staff there is rude & unresponsive
Prompt and efficient
The problem is with the staff, I had an HMO and the office is in the network, however they refused to see me cause it’s an HMO. It doesn’t pay as much as a PPO. So I changed to a PPO and asked for verification of Dr. Janda being in the network cause this is something I shouldn’t have to pay for out of pocket the receptionist told me and I quote… “ then you shouldn’t come here “.
