My PCP referenced this place to me. Made the appointment weeks ago and asked if they accepted my insurance. I was told that they do but, I’d have to wait until October to be seen in their Quakertown office. They offered me an appointment today at their Bethlehem office which is 45 minutes from where I live. I get there and they tell me my insurance isn’t accepted there. So I spent toll money and gas to drive to a doctors office that told me they took my insurance and when I get there they don’t accept my insurance. The worst... read more

Front desk staff is awful, Cathy in particular. Rude to say the least... and the way the office manager treats patients, it's no wonder. Vanessa (PA) and Dr. Yen are amazing. They give time and attention to their patients, are fantastic with kids and aren't in a rush to get on to the next appt. If they could find better staffing, they would get 5 stars.

Great experience with dr yen. Devoted all the time I needed and helped me in my decisions regarding my isssue.
