I got a text message to schedule my kids 6-month check up. Called Dr. Boyden's office and talked with assistant Kathryn Sinclair to schedule appointments. Kathryn was extremely rude, disrespectful and impatient with my requests. I got a text message and e-mail to schedule my 2-kids check-up on September 2, 2016. Their availability was January 31, 2017 for one child, and March 21, 2017 for the next child. Called to complain. Office manager was new and didn't know what was going on . Not a clue.
