Our family drive from Herriman to see Boyden. That means we typically drive past an estimated 8 million different Dentist offices for our appointments.Boyden Dental used to be located in Draper, Sandy before they moved into Salt Lake. I did switch to a more local dentist for approximately 2 years and hated every single visit. Dr Boyden is a fantastic dentist. His prices are reasonable. I was given accurate estimates of what the insurance would cover and what my out of pocket would be. The staff is amazing and friendly. They even squeezed me in when I had a dental emergency. Bonus, Dr Boyden wears T-shirts with dental jokes. He always makes me laugh which is not common with dentist visits.

Dr Boyden has a fantastic and efficient team. You can tell the employees are valued and that everyone cares about their work. Would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist.

I’m very pleased with the service from office staff and Dr. Boyden. I’ve had major dental work and he’s been fantastic. Also, my family appreciates Dr. Boyden and his staff.

100% professionals at this place. Dr. Boyden is extremely personable and sensitive to dental anxieties, as are all of his staff. They were in no way judgmental of the significant amount of work I needed done. Dr. Boyden has given me a new lease on life, AND my bill ended up being only about half of what it was initially quoted as (he quoted me on the high end after an initial exam and x-rays, but mitigated the cost once he got in there to do the work. I'd recommend Dr. Boyden to anybody.

I started using Dr. Boyden this past fall after changing insurance plans. The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Boyden is very prompt and courteous. I shared my fears about going to a dentist and they have been very accommodating. He also has staff that stay with you. Hygienist is also great.I've had two major fillings and problems with one of those-he got me in the next day. Staff follows up to see how I'm doing.

The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I recently moved from out of state and this was my first experience at the office. I gave them all of my insurance information up front, especially since I was coming from out of state. I double-checked and was reassured over the phone on two separate occasions that there would not be an issue. Of course after the work was done they told me my insurance was not accepted. I had to max out my credit card to the tune of $800, I was humiliated!

Honestly I felt like I was taken advantage of, I specified multiple times that I didn't have insurance, I was going in to have him repair a filling that he did a little over a year ago.He repairs the filling, on what I came in for. I ask him to take a look at one of the other fillings that he did being there was wear on that one and how much longer that would last, Dr. Boyden opted to do the other tooth without asking my permission, and charged me over $500 for the work.

I got a text message to schedule my kids 6-month check up. Called Dr. Boyden's office and talked with assistant Kathryn Sinclair to schedule appointments. Kathryn was extremely rude, disrespectful and impatient with my requests. I got a text message and e-mail to schedule my 2-kids check-up on September 2, 2016. Their availability was January 31, 2017 for one child, and March 21, 2017 for the next child. Called to complain. Office manager was new and didn't know what was going on . Not a clue.
