I told Dr. Bowers about tearing my bicep off of my shoulder , and what the surgeon told me.They didn't want to do surgery because of my age (74). He suggested I get a second opinion, which I am in the process of doing right now.I appreciate his knowledge on the subject and his opinion on my health and recovery. Thank you Dr. Bowers. Steve P.
