At 1st I wasn't real happy with him. But as it turns out, he is a most amazingly compassionate, kind Dr. He is thorough, good at explaining and very kind. Very happy with his care of my mother.

He worked me into his schedule due to a sudden, painful and potentially dangerous problem. He made sure my MRI was quickly approved, scheduled and interpreted. I was seen by a surgeon the next day and surgery quickly scheduled.
Dr. Bourne was fantastic. He doesn't make you feel pressured for surgery, and he is very personable and intelligent. I like knowing that he has my best interests in mind when he treats and diagnoses me.
Dr. Bourne did a thorough PE of my knee and reviewed my MRI with me. He told me the treatment I would need is surgical scope to repair medial meniscus; however, he does not do this procedure, so I need to return to see another doctor who does said procedure. I do wish there was some way I could have known this, and I would have chosen a doctor who does knee scopes. Hopefully by doing a review, another person with torn tendon on MRI will have the knowledge that Dr. Bourne does not do knee scopes for tendon repair.

I appreciate having Dr. Bourne as my doctor because he covers more than just one orthopedic area of concern that I might have, He is so good at diagnosing the problem. If it is something he can't take care of he makes sure you get to see the appropriate doctor. He always listens to my concerns and treats me with respect.
Dr Bourne is an amazing orthopedic Dr and surgeon. I have been his patient for 8 years. He is courteous, very informative and has great knowledge in his expertise. I give Dr. Bourne and his staff the highest of recommendations. His office is easy to reach and his staff is very kind and professional. Dr. Bourne listens carefully and shows great interest in his patients. He got me in the same day I called due to the severity of my injury. He correctly diagnosed the injury and put together a comprehensive plan that involved surgery. He personally pulled some strings to get me a same day appointment with a surgeon and made sure I was in great hands. Thank you!
