I have had mostly pleasant experiences with this clinic. Receptionists have been helpful. I've received complete exams and they've helped me with my dry eyes.

I have had such a poor experience here, I will be switching to a different eye doctor next year. I only switched here from my previous eye doctor because the location and the hours were more convenient. THe communication here is extremely poor, and even with the VSP plan (which is new to me this year), I ended up paying 50% more then I didn't completely out of pocket at my previous doctor. Horrible experience! Long wait times and rude office staff, they refused to supply me with a copy of my prescription after my exam. On top of all these problems my lenses are a horrible fit, I had to go get some elsewhere before they fit right.

Terrible experience several years ago. The problem was with the shop next to the eye clinic. The staff made repeated mistakes with my order (three separate mistakes that required the order to be sent back to the lab) and ultimately refused to refund me when I finally had enough incompetence. My advice: save yourself the trouble and go somewhere more reputable.
