There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was.
