I’m a relatively new patient to this practice and I have had nothing but issues that I have previously let slide. The office staff is probably the most incompetent group of individuals I have ever had to deal with. They called me the day of my appointment to reschedule from a Tuesday to a Thursday at same time of the same week, no problem. I've had a number of doctors in my life and I've been seeing Dr Houghton for about 4 years now. If you're looking for a doctor you wouldn't be able to find better. I've never had someone care so much about my individual health then he does. He's a kind of doctor that you actually make an appointment looking forward to seeing. All you have to do is see him for the first time and you not only have great doctor, but you have a new friend.

I wish I could give zero stars to this establishment. My husband made an appointment there because he needed a physical and certain shots in order to file paperwork regarding his permanent residency. He went, had the flu shot etc, and paid the $120. After the appointment, he was told to wait a few days for the results, and to come back and at that time, the doctor would fill out the forms required. My husband went back a few days later, only to be told the doctor wasn't there, and to come back t
