Dr. Gielczyk and his staff are very professional and compassionate. He answers your questions and provides great education about your illness
Checked in at the entrance, moved into the waiting area and waited 5 minutes and was called back to the exam area. Dr. Gilcjeck was very prompt, professional and very easy to talk to. The assistant was equally as professional and easy to converse with.
Dr. Gielczyk might be very knowledgeable, but his bedside manner is lacking. Each visit with him lasts 30 seconds to 2 minutes. He rushes in, glances at the issue, gives an order to staff and walks out. Hello? Did you not hear me? The front desk has improved but the billing office is still a disaster.

My first visit and he was very nice and knowledgeable about my issues. He wrote prescriptions and I confident they will work.
Dr Gielczyk is very efficient, friendly and thorough. They do a great job of getting you in and out quickly, you don't sit an wait a long time for your appointment or a procedure. All office staff I've dealt with have been very helpful and nice. I would recommend Dr. Gielczyk to my family and friends.
