Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Did your eye exam hurt at all? Not at all, the exam was so much better than others I've had Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

I've trusted Dr. Brown with my vision for over 30 years. After returning from a 10 year military absence I went back to get my eyes checked and discovered he was no longer with the original opticians. I finally hunted him down and have been with his ever since. He takes time to know you treats you with respect. The office is always clean and in order and the staff is very friendly and courteous. What can I say, I won't go anywhere else. He's a keeper!
