I had a procedure done with Dr. Nydia Sanchez and was so impressed. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made me feel confident in her care. She’s informative, professional, a straight shooter—in the best way—and overall just awesome. Her office even called two days later to check in on how I was feeling, which really stood out. Looking forward to our follow-up appointment!
I switched to Dr. Lyles and I’m glad I did. His bedside manner and the ability to explain health issues clearly are where he stands out to me. He listens to what I say and works with me on decisions about my health. He helped me make an informed decision with options that were left up to me.

I made an appointment on the Gastrohealth portal and showed up at this doctor’s office. Took time off from work and walked in feeling sick, in the middle of a storm. There was no record of my appointment. I showed them my confirmation and they just smiled and said if they didn’t call me that’s not valid. So why allow the patient to make appointments that don’t exist? That they have no knowledge of? Dr Maxson performed emergency surgery on me and scheduled my post operation follow up appointment for 10 weeks after. Now, Maxson's office has contacted me and told me Dr Maxson will not see me because they do not accept my insurance. Post op appointments are usually no additional charge and are included with the cost of the surgical procedure. I offered to pay out of pocket and I was told that wasn't an option. I have a stint he put in me and now he won't remove it or even see me for my post op follow up.
PCP was very professional and also made me feel comfortable. She listened and seemed concerned about by health.
Doctor Jerabek is a one in a million doctor! Not only is he kind, attentive and professional, but he is also so knowledgeable within his specialty that, as his patient, I felt safe and secure in his care. I highly recommend this wonderful doctor!
I was seeing Dr. Alex from 2022-2024 before I switched providers. He diagnosed my moderate-severe Crohn’s disease. However, both he and the office staff have been consistently poor at responding to my phone calls and messages. A majority of the time that I would leave a message, he would tell me that he had not received it even when the message was marked as urgent.
