I had a really strange and disappointing experience here. The customer service lady was rude and unprofessional. You order everything through a screen, so there’s barely any interaction with the staff. But when I picked up my juice, the extra caffeine/energy boost I paid for wasn’t mixed in at all. It was just floating around in chunks. I asked the employee what was in my drink, and she said, “That’s what you ordered. I honestly do not understand how this location stays in business with customer service like this. I was the only customer in line and still waited over 20 minutes for a simple toast order. There was no rush, no crowd, and no reason for such a long wait. What made it worse was the attitude from the employees. Second time coming here and unfortunately the customer service was just as disappointing as the first. The employee working today was extremely rude and acted bothered every time I or my coworker asked a simple question. Customer facing roles require patience, professionalism, and basic respect, and that was completely lacking. The food is actually great, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Another bad experience from Robeks :-( so sad they treat me like this :-( I used to get 2-3 smoothies per day for years I guess these days are gone !
Juice is now disgusting! I always order juice here but the one deliverd to me was very watered down and full of pulp. It tastes like faucet water. Employees at this branch are scammers! Do not order here
