A while back I had a bad experience on a drink I usually order. I filled the feedback survey and immediately the owner Denise called me and apologize of the experience I had and told me to come in whenever to get a free drink. I’m amazed and astonished that she went up and beyond for me. Definitely will go back again for the customer service I received. Thank you Denise God bless! 🙏🏽
Pretty rude customer experience this morning. I didn’t understand the parking validation with the purchase. The cashier could’ve been much more friendly, giving me the explanation. I guess because she had to explain that she chose not to let me know that my order was ready. Lying and said that she called my name however she did not call my name. I’ve always came in and purchased my validation with no problems. Please have more grace and understanding.
This place scammed me. I paid them $1.5 for a parking ticket validation. Their sign said minimum order for a validation $25 (idk what one person can order there for that sum) and $1.5 just for validation. I paid and the cashier smiling gave me the ticket back without any receipt. What a deal I was thinking. But when I exited the parking I still had to pay $9 for parking. $3 for every 15 min. What a scam. I’ll try to dispute that charge.
