So I go to this robeks location on a regular basis,the customer service is amazing(specially the manager Carmen is wonderful ) they remember my order and treat me very well,love going there since those little things are what make a difference for me. Would totally recommend peeps!!!
I’ve been to many Robeks, I love Robeks and so do my children. This is the worst customer service experience I have had the customer service from Maria at this location was bad! No welcoming, no smile and the worst part tone of voice when I asked “can I give you my number” (for the rewards), it’s like she almost hit me with her answer of “can I get your name first!” Almost as if she doesn’t like her job or someone made her mad before I came in. Kiki finished making my drink even before i finished talking to the cashier! Shes amazingly fast. Love the store, super clean and very nice workers!
