Although the quality isn’t the same as a fresh strawberry these are frozen fruit like Jamba Juice. The only difference is they are open to requests. Don’t want apple juice you add milk or almond milk. Want some sweetener they have no problem adding it. The medium comes out to 10.00. I like it.

I had a really disappointing experience at Robeks. The customer service was far below what I expected, and it made what should have been a quick stop frustrating. The employee I believe was named Heidi was unfriendly, dismissive, and came across as though she didn't want to help customers. Instead of addressing my questions politely, I felt rushed and treated like I was inconveniencing her. The overall interaction left a bad impression.
