Absolutely delicious and excellent customer service!
afternoon staff is not trained on customer service, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience. the past three times i have visited recently, without fail we were never greeted. the girls working are silent upon entry, they don't prompt you to use the kiosk either. the smoothies are okay, the color and taste used to be accurate and the workers were super friendly about a 1-2 years ago.
I come to this location all of the time not sure if they were new employees however it took 25 minutes and 4 different sets of costumes received there orders before mine was actually ready. I ordered Açai bowls and avocado toast, and by the time that my avocado toast was finished, my açai bowls were melted. Very displeased with the service and prep for my food.
I love Robeks,smoothies are yummy. Great customer service I had by the tall young lady today, always with a smile.
