Today I ordered a smoothie and I watched an employee attempting to clean the surface where they stored all of the fruit and veggies for the drinks. He sprayed cleaner and I watched the particle from the spray bottle contaminate all of the food items. I asked for a refund and it took ten minutes to refund my order. AVOID AVOID AVOID especially if you have food allergies or sensitivities. I went into full anaphylaxis after drinking a smoothie here, that was supposedly made with all ingredients I had consumed in the past week. I’ve never had a reaction like this in my life -they must have major cross-contamination issues, probably not helped by all the 16 year old kids working there that were more focused on gossiping about other workers instead of doing their jobs/properly sanitizing blenders. Save yourself the ER visit!!!
The smoothie was delicious, but the customer service was the worst. Today we visited the store with my son, and a blonde girl that served us was rude, and utterly disrespectful. Will not go back.
Very good smoothies, saved me from the heat of the sun (I get hot very easily). Would recommend!
