Staff took too long to greet and take order at cashier checkout
First time at Robeks, very pleasant experience. My smoothie was delicious. I will be back soon
Love the smoothies
I stood there for a near 15 minutes before any of the employees would acknowledge me. I understand you’re a “busy” smoothie bar but there was no customer service. My order was ready before I even showed up. Absolutely terrible service will never be coming back here. Train your employees on customer service getting paid 20 something dollars an hour to make smoothies and not acknowledging the customers is a little below trashy. I got here at 2:20. I’m leaving at 2:40 07/22/26
