Smoothies are good but service is not. On Sunday 6/22 me and my husband stood 15 /20 mins by the cashier hoping someone would help. I even smiled at the girl with red hair. We didn’t get a hello or have u been helped. Not to mention she greet everyone else and asked how can I help you. We ended up ordering through the kiosk. We originally want to pay cash with the cashier that’s why we waited. Won’t be back. I feel like we were stereotype or racism with todays world we live in.
The shakes are delicious and the customer service is great.

Thank you Robeks workers on Thursday, Apr 17th @5:15 pm. I messed up and ordered a shake with bananas. I must be bananas cause I'm allergic. They offered to let me keep it and get one without bananas, I couldn't keep it cause like, I'd die, butnl I appreciate the 3 and apologize for wasting their time, they were all busy working on orders and keeping things running. Hold it down y'all.
Intro: this place is usually legit besides today Pros: - drinks are consistently good -people are usually ok -fast seevice -parking isn’t bad as it’s apart of a shopping center Cons: -you order online and get there and the drink is not finished so my wait goes from 15 mins to 25 mins sometimes -today the girls were not wearing a hair or gloves, low and behold found a long strand of brownish black hair in my green drink. Overall: service and sanitation depends on which staff members are working there
